I. Operațiunea „Scrisori Globale in luna Martie și Aprile” / Operation “Global Letters in March and April”

Vă mulțumim pentru sprijinul pe care ni l-ați acordat constat în post și rugăciune, prin proteste și demersuri oficiale, pe parcursul ultimilor luni. Știind că de fiecare dată v-ați arătat disponibilitatea și dorința de a ne ajuta, vă invităm să vă alăturați demersului programat pentru luna Martie și Aprilie – Operațiunea „Scrisori Globale”.

We would like to thank you for the support you have given in light of constant fasting and prayer, through protests and official steps, over the course of the last couple of months. We know the availability and desire that you have shown in wanting to help us, and so we invite you to participate in this next operation throughout the months of March and April entitled, Operation “Global Letters” 

Scopul acestui demers este acela de a expedia scrisori poștale instituțiilor norvegiene, forurilor internaționale, parlamentarilor naționali, instituțiilor de presă internațională, prin care vom solicita implicarea lor în soluționarea pozitivă a cazului familiei Bodnariu și stoparea abuzurilor Barnevernet. Protestele din ultimile luni ce au însumat 24 de țări, 56 de orașe și 70.000 de protestatari au reușit să atragă atenția autorităților norvegiene și a altor entități internaționale, de aceea considerăm oportun acest nou demers, pentru a amplifica susținerea pentru familia Bodnariu și pentru a denunța tot mai puternic abuzurile Barnevernet.

The goal of this operation is to send letters to Norwegian institutes, international institutes, National Parliaments, International News Agencies, through which we will request involvement towards a positive solution in the Bodnariu case, and to cease the abuses of the Barnevernet. The protests from the past months took place in 24 different countries, 56 cities, and involved 70,000 protestors. It resulted in attracting the attention of Norwegian authorities, alongside other international organizations as well. Therefore, we consider this an opportunity to amplify and sustain the support for the Bodnariu case, while at the same time denouncing the abuses of Barnevernet.

Vă rugăm să completați scrisoarea după cum urmează:

• Prima linie – Nume și prenume
• A doua linie – Adresa dvs.
• A treia linie – Data de expediție
• După „To”– Numele persoanei sau instituției căreia îi este adresată scrisoarea
• La finalul scrisorii – Semnătura dvs.

31. Expediere / Mailing The Letters  

După ce ați completat numele, prenumele, adresa și semnătura, introduceți scrisoarea în plic. Scrieți adresa completă de expediție pe partea frontală a plicului, aplicând timbru de valoare recomandată pentru orașul, țara de destinație (a se solicita asistența factorului poștal la nevoie).

After filling out the letter, including a signature at the bottom, place the letter in the envelope. Write the complete mailing address on the front of the envelope, applying the proper stamp to cover the shipping cost to the addressed city (you can ask support from your local post office for mailing stamps if needed).

In conclusion, we want to reiterate the appreciation and thankfulness we have for the help you have given and for the fact that you will continue to be involved with projects like this. With the help of The Lord we hope this project will help restore the Marius and Ruth Bodnariu family with their five children.

În urma confirmării implicării Bisericii dvs., vă vom pune la dispoziție un pachet ce va conține următoarele: scrisoare în limba engleză pregatita pentru tara d-voastra, o baza de date de adrese substantiala si instrucțiuni detaliate cu propuneri privind pregătirea scrisorilor, completarea adreselor și metoda de expediere, tocmai pentru a ne asigura că acest demers este dus la bun sfârșit cu profesionalism și în timp oportun.

With confirmation of your Church involvement, we will provide you with a package containing the following: country-specific letter in English , a more substantial mailing address database and detailed instructions for preparing letters, methods of expediting them, to ensure this operation is done in a timely and professional manner. 

2. Coordonare / Coordination

Vă recomandăm ca pentru acest proiect desfășurat la nivelul bisericii dvs. să desemnați un coordonator care să-și asume această responsabilitate, coordonator care să colaboreze îndeaproape cu pastorul Bisericii și care să poată organiza eficient logistica acestui proiect. De asemenea, credem că este o bună oportunitate ca tinerii bisericii dvs. să se implice și să-și pună în practică entuziasmul, abilitățile și pregătirea lor.

We recommend that your local church delegates a coordinator who will assume responsibilities; will collaborate closely with the pastor of the church, and has the skills necessary to organize this project efficiently. We also see this as a great opportunity to involve the youth in the church, to put into practice their enthusiasm, abilities and calling. 

3. Comunicare / Communication

4. Exemplu inițiativă / Examples

Implicarea bisericii dvs. în acest demers va asigura un impact major al acestuia, oferindu-ne posibilitatea de a gestiona astfel numărul scrisorilor trimise instituțiilor menționate. Am fost încurajați de inițiativa Bisericii Elim din Viena, care deja a pregatit si trimis 4200 de  scrisori, pe care le-a inmanat membrilor care apoi le-au expediat la adresele ce le-au fost furnizate de echipa de coordinare. Mentionam ca demersul acesta s-a implementat la nivel de tara in comunitatea bisericilor romanesti evanghelice din Austria. De asemenea, menționăm inițiativa Bisericii Betel din Dublin, care a decis ca la nivel de Biserică cu ocazia sarbatorile de Craciun să creeze câteva sute de felicitări personalizate, scrise de mână. Suntem siguri că și alte Bisericii au hotarât să extindă la nivel general aceste demersuri, ceea ce ne încurajează să extindem această formă de proiect.

The involvement of your Church in this operation assures us that our goal will make a major impact, offering us the possibility to manage a large number of letters being sent to the institutes mentioned above. We were encouraged by the initiative taken by Elim Church in Vienna, which has already prepared and sent 4200 letters to several institutes. The letters have been handed to the congregation which have then personally mailed the letters. We have to mention this initiative was immediately followed by all the Romanian Evangelical churches in Austria. We also want to mention the initiative from Betel Church in Dublin, who provided wonderful handwritten Christmas greeting cards this holiday season. We are sure that other Churches will agree to extend and be involved with this operation, and so we encourage them to continue with this type of format.
