ÎN SFÂRȘIT, PENTRU PRIMA OARĂ ÎN APROAPE TREI LUNI, MARIUS ȘI RUTH S-AU ÎNTÂLNIT CU FETELE, O ORĂ
Când au ajuns la locul de întâlnire, fetele au început să chiuie de bucurie, înainte să îi vadă pe părinți. Au alergat afară din biroul în care erau și au sărit pe părinți! Naomi a sărit de gâtul lui Marius, iar Eliana era mai să o dea jos din picioare pe Ruth.
Apoi, când Marius a îmbrățișat-o pe Eliana, aceasta a început să plângă. Naomi era tunsă băiețește. Au intrat cu toții în birou și au început să spună care mai de care tot felul de istorii. Vizita a fost supravegheată. Cand au trebuit să se despartă, Naomi nu voia să-i mai dea drumul lui Marius. Marius și Ruth au trebuit să le promită fetelor că se vor reîntâlni curând ca să ușureze despărțirea. La momentul respectiv nu știau, nici părinții și nici fetele că vor trebui să treacă două săptămâni până la urmatoarea întâlnire.
IMPACTUL PROTESTELOR, TELEFOANELOR ȘI SCRISORILOR
Putem confirma oficial: participarea dumneavoastră la proteste și miile de scrisori trimise (prin poștă sau electronice), de asemenea mesajele și apelurile telefonice au avut și au un impact imens! Barnevernet știe și nu-i este totuna! Vă mulțumim și Domnul să vă răsplătească tuturor!

AMÂNĂRI
Marius și Ruth așteaptă data recursului în tribunal la decizia de plasament temporar de urgență a copiilor în afara căminului familial. Se fac pregătiri pentru aceasta înfățișare.
În această perioadă, continuă construirea cazului de apărare, având permanent în gând grija pentru copiii lor.
Pe de altă parte, este evident că Barnevernet caută noi probe incriminatorii. În curand, un psiholog angajat de ei va efectua o evaluare a părinților și copiilor. Copiii vor fi supuși unor teste care să scoată în evidență daca și cât de traumatizați sunt (ar fi trebuit să știe deja din Noiembrie, înainte să ia copiii, altfel în ce bază au acționat atunci?…)
Din cauza Barnevernet dar mai ales a avocatului Barnevernet, înfățișarea la comisia teritorială a fost amânată din Martie în Mai. Psihologului îi trebuie mai mult timp și nu poate finaliza evaluarea mai devreme de jumătatea lui Aprilie. La asta se adaugă avocatul acuzării care nu are timp de proces înainte de 30 Mai. Oare Barnevernet l-a întrebat pe bebe sau pe ceilalți copii dacă sunt de acord și le convin amânările (în interesul lor superior…)? Sâmbătă, 6 Februarie, bebele Ezekiel a împlinit 6 luni, dintre care aproape trei fără părinții săi! Separarea nou născuților de părinții biologici și în special de mamă este una din strategiile de ”înstrăinare” practicate de Barnevernet! Să ne rugăm și să postim pentru ca Domnul să le zădărnicească planurile!

16 APRILIE!
Continuăm să ne pregătim intens pentru marea zi de protest international anti Barnevernet, pro Bodnariu! Nu uităm nici de celelalte familii în aceeași situație cu Marius, Ruth și cei cinci copii! Până atunci, după ce încheiem prima perioadă de proteste, de la 1 Martie începem o campanie susținută mediatică și de scrisori pentru implicarea politică a tuturor țărilor unde avem o prezență românească evanghelică relevantă. Rămâneți alături de noi și Dumnezeu ne va da biruință!

FINALLY, MARIUS & RUTH MET THE GIRLS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THREE MONTHS FOR ONE HOUR
When they arrived at the meeting place, the girls started to shout of joy, even before seeing the parents. They ran from the office and jumped in their arms! Naomi jumped with her arms around Marius’ neck and Eliana almost made Ruth fall over.
Then, when Eliana embraced Marius, she started to cry. Naomi’s hair was cut short. They all went into the office and the girls started to tell all kinds of stories. The visitation was supervised. When time was over, they wouldn’t want to leave. Naomi wouldn’t let go of Marius. Marius and Ruth had to promise the girls they would meet again soon, just to make it easier for them. At that moment, neither knew it would probably take another two weeks before the next meeting.
THE IMPACT OF PROTESTS, PHONE CALLS AND LETTERS
We can now officially confirm: your participation in the protests, letters by the thousands (electronic or regular mail) and phone calls and messages had and still have an enormous impact! Barnevernet knows it and it takes a toll! Thank you and may God reward you all!
DELAYS
Marius and Ruth await the date of recourse in Court against the temporary and urgent children’s placement away from the family’s home decision. They prepare for that trial. At the same time, building the defense case is ongoing, always putting the care for their children as the most important priority. On the other hand, it is obvious that Barnevernet looks to find more incriminatory evidence. Soon, a psychologist employed by them will evaluate the parents and the children. The children will be tested to see if and how traumatized they are (they should already have known since November, before they took the children away, otherwise what was the basis of their actions?)
Because of Barnevernet and especially their lawyer the Court trial had been delayed from March to May. The psychologist cannot finish his work in due time, before mid-April. Also, the prosecutor is not available before the end of May. Did Barnevernet ask the baby or any of the children for that matter, if they agree with these delays, since they affirm the superior interest of the child? On Saturday, February 6th, baby Ezekiel was six months old, almost three months without his parents! It is Barnevernet strategy of estrangement to separate newborns from their biological parents, especially mothers. Let’s fast and pray that the Lord may ruin their plans!
APRIL 16th
We continue to intensly prepare for the big day of anti Barnevernet, pro Bodnariu international protests! We do not forget about all the other families in similar situations as Marius, Ruth and their five children! Until then, as we end the first wave of protests, beginning on March 1st, we start a sustained effort to involve the media and politicians in all the countries where we have a Romanian Evangelical significant presence! Stay with us and God will give us the victory!
